One Day.

Diposting oleh Najla Luthfiyyah di 08.29 0 komentar

I hope one day,
You give your heart
To someone
And they will hold it tight
As if its their own

I hope one day
You wake up
And have something
Or someone to live for

I hope one day
You can go to bed
Smiling without any worry
In the world

I hope one day
The battle is over
And you have won

I hope one day
You will meet someone
Who makes you realise
How beautiful you truly are

Facts You Never Know About Me.

1. I bite my nails everytime I feel scared, depressed, or angry. That's why I don't have perfect nails like another girls. My nails are always crap and bloody. But full disclosure; I'm not ashamed of it.
2. I always act like I don't care about what's going on arround me. But truth is, I actually do. I pay attention. I do observe quietly, until sometimes I end up knowing it even better than everybody.
3. I've always dreamed of owning a house full of cats and spending the rest of my life with them. That'd be a perfect definition of my "perfect life".
4. I speak to my cats. I understand what they are saying.
5. I tend to always give an endless chance to someone even when they don't deserve it. I forgive them easily, too. But when I've finally had courage to leave, I leave and never turn my head to comeback.
6. Sometimes I say yes to other but I say no to myself, simply because I don't wanna hurt or reject anyone. It sucks.

My 2nd Speech! "Beauty vs Brain"

Diposting oleh Najla Luthfiyyah di 08.26 1 komentar

Assalamualaikum wr.wb.
Good morning honorable juries, teachers and audience.

Bismillahirahmanirrahiim
In the name of Allah, the most gracious and the most merciful. All praises be to Allah SWT, the lord of the world, the master of the day after, and the creator of everything in this universe.
Peace and salutation be upon our prophet Muhammad SAW, who has brought us from the darkness to the brightness, and guided us into the right way of life.

Audience, in this opportunity I’d like to deliver a speech under the topic of  “Beauty vs Brain”

Ladies and gentleman,
If God gave us ability and we had to choose ,which one would you prefer?would you prefer your looks or your personality? your beauty or your brain? Maybe half of us will be so confused to choose, because half of  people think that beauty is the most advantegous and the other think that brain is more important. In reality, nowadays people give value to looks more than personality. Nowadays people give more chance to the beautiful one than the intelligent one. It’s sad that we live in a world where looking good gets you further in life than being intelligent. How could it all be like this? This situation mostly happens because we always judge the book by it's cover. We tend to see the looks first, but we never care about its content. But when it comes to me to choose whether the beauty or the brain, I will not hesitate to choose the brain. Here in my speech, I’ll tell you 3 reasons why brain is so much better than beauty.

On the first reason, brain is so much better than beauty because brain is countable in most of the areas or most stages of human life. Brain is something that’s real. Brain enables you to improve many different things in life. The experience you have, the books you read, and the classes you take will continue throughout your life, and will only add to your brain power. It is said that beauty is only skin deep, which implies that if things on the outside change, then there will be no more beauty. I believe it is much more important to develop your thinking skills than to put too much into making yourself more attractive.

The second reason is, brain lasts longer for a lifetime, while beauty can be decreased by aging. Everybody will grow old, and the beauty tends to change as long as you grow old, but the brain doesn’t. We're still able to increase our IQ, memory, and knowledge even when we are getting old.

Then the last reason, when people just respect us because our appearance, but when it starts to fade, we will surely lose the respect. Someone would found himself hopeless and worthless with his faded beauty. Nothing would remain to him ultimately, because those people will forget and leave them.

Ladies and gentleman,
And the conclusion that I’ll speak up on my speech today is, its proven that brain is so much important than beauty. I think its good to have a pretty face, but its better to have a pretty face with intelligence. Because of a brain, someone is different from a beast only for his brain that makes him learn to differentiate between good and evil. Physical beauty is an added quality. And a beautiful appearance with no brains is useless.
Last but not least, let me add a quote that says. “Intelligent will never stop being beautiful’
I think its enough for my speech today, I’m asking for your apologies and forgiveness if you found out so many mistakes in my speech. Thank you for your attention.

Pecundang selalu khawatir dengan perubahan, pemenang selalu tidak sabar menanti perubahan.

Pecundang selalu berada dibelakang, pemenang selalu tampil didepan.

Pecundang selalu berada di zona nyaman, pemenang senang berada di daerah tantangan.

Pecundang selalu berkata "Bagaimana kalau gagal?", Pemenang selalu berpikir "Bagaimana agar bisa sukses".

Pecundang menjawab "Tidak bisa", Pemenang berkata "Harus bisa".

Pecundang menolak "Jangan saya", Pemenang menantang "Mengapa bukan saya?"

Pecundang lebih senang menunggu sesuatu terjadi, pemenang menciptakan sesuatu terjadi.

Pecundang membuat statement, pemenang melaksanakan komitmen.

Pecundang menunggu segalanya sempurna, pemenang memulai dengan apa yang dimiliki.

Pecundang menghindar, pemenang bersaing.

Pecundang berkata "Nanti dulu", pemenang berteriak "Sekarang".

Pecundang mengoleksi slogan, pemenang memperbanyak tindakan.
